Ayurvedic Diet for Hair

Eat a handful of white sesame seeds every morning. One handful of these small seeds contains about 1,200 mg. of calcium and magnesium.

Take some yogurt everyday (unless you are allergic to milk).

Ayurveda believes in three doshas which are vata, pitta, and kapha. Each person has a unique blend of the three doshas, known as the person’s prakriti [basic nature]. Due to this Ayurvedic treatment is always individualized. In Ayurveda, a disease is viewed as a state of imbalance in one or more of a person’s doshas.

Sound nutrition is key, so a hair-friendly diet should emphasize proteins, iron, zinc, sulfur, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-Complex and essential fatty acids.

Use should be made of hair analysis to ascertain toxicity levels and nutritional deficiencies.

The most effective remedy for treating hair loss is the application of herbal serum on your scalp. During first week, you need to apply this for 2-3 nights by using a dropper and then apply it once or twice in a week. It is very easy to apply the serum on your scalp. Aromatherapy
